Terms of Service — Auto Vehicle Poster

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auto Vehicle Poster Chrome extension and related services ("the Service", "we", "us"). By installing, signing in to, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service Does

Auto Vehicle Poster is a browser extension that helps you extract vehicle details and photos from supported dealership inventory websites and pre-fill Facebook Marketplace vehicle listings, with optional AI-generated descriptions and AI photo edits. The Service assists with data entry; you remain responsible for reviewing and publishing every listing.

2. Accounts & License

• You need an account and an active license or subscription to use the Service.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Your license is non-transferable and granted for your own business use. You may not resell, share, or sublicense access without our written permission.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and only with vehicles and content you are authorized to advertise.
• Comply with the terms, policies, and posting limits of Facebook (Meta) and any other platform you post to. The Service is a tool; you are responsible for how you use it.
• Provide accurate listing information and comply with all applicable advertising, consumer-protection, and motor-vehicle dealer laws and regulations.
• Not use the Service to post spam, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited content, or to abuse, overload, or circumvent any platform's protections.

The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. or Facebook. Your use of Facebook Marketplace is governed by Facebook's own terms and policies.

4. AI-Generated Content

Descriptions and photo edits produced with AI features are provided to assist you and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing. We make no guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular listing.

5. Fees & Subscriptions

• Access is provided on a paid basis according to the plan you select. Pricing and billing terms are provided to you at sign-up or during your demo.
• Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change pricing for future billing periods with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service. Content you extract or create about your own vehicles remains yours.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every dealership website or with future changes made by Facebook or third-party platforms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or account restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay applicable fees. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
